Dear Indian Exporter,

Welcome to this Consulate General's Home Page!
As a part of our efforts to boost India's exports to Germany, commercial part of this home page has been designed as a guide to the Indian exporters and export promotion agencies. At present, India's export to Germany is over EURO 4.1 billion. In other words, German market is one of the largest export destinations for Indian products. This has of course been possible due to the continued efforts of all concerned. The existing exporters, especially those who have been exporting to Germany for years and have well established contacts will perhaps need little guidance. On the other hand, there will be many companies who have just began or are about to begin exporting to Germany. Such companies often approach Embassy of India, Berlin, this Consulate General and other GOI offices in Germany for information. This home page has been created to cater to them by providing basic information needed for exporting to Germany.

Our Home Page has several sections, namely, trade fairs in Germany, Indo-German trade statistics, addresses of useful German organisations etc.

We plan to update this Home Page regularly. In this regard, the views of Indian exporters and the agencies promoting India's export will be an important input for us to update the contents of the home page. I request for your comments and views which can be sent to Consul, Commerce
